Most modern equipment such as LCD televisions have voltage sensing circuits which turn the T.V. off when they detect a low battery. This often happens due to Caravan and Motorhome manufacturers using inadequate gauge of cable in the wiring loom which causes voltage drop, which results in your T.V. thinking the battery is lower than it actually is. This device will compensate for the voltage drop and allow you to extend your viewing time. It will also help protect your equipment from over-voltage, which can happen when a battery is being charged (from mains, solar, engine etc).
