| Delivery Schedule Delivery: You will be notified by email when the order has been despatched and in the case of a carrier delivery, the scheduled delivery date with tracking details. Goods are normally despatched within 24 working hours of an order being received depending on stock availability. You will be notified by email or phone if an item is not in stock together with an estimated delivery date. On receiving parcels from a carrier, please write “not checked” next to your signature, and report any damage as soon as possible. Any shortage or damage must be reported within 48 hours of parcels being received (excluding Sunday & bank holidays). "return to base" means that you are responsible (including costs) for the return to us. | Returns Policy If upon receipt of internet/mail/telephone ordered purchases, you find it unsuitable, you may inform us by letter or email within seven working days after receiving your order that you intend to return it. You must return the order back to us within 21 days (the cost of return carriage and insurance will be your own liability).
