Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order..

Please note that we do not have export facilities and therefore only accept orders for delivery within the United Kingdom.

Payment Methods:
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro/Switch. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, postal mail or over the Internet. Prices:
We endeavour to maintain published prices, however we reserve the right to change prices at any time. Unless otherwise stated, prices include V.A.T.@ 17.5%. A receipted invoice is sent with the goods.

Shipping And Handling


Carriage:

Normal Delivery for smaller items are sent 1st class post with delivery 1-3 working days (please allow up to 5 working days). Charges vary and will be applied to the shopping basket.

Larger more valuable items are sent by Carrier with delivery 1-2 working days - Needs to be signed for.

If small items are purchased along with larger goods, we will endeavour to include the smaller items within the carriage cost of the larger items.

Delivery Schedule
Delivery:
Goods are normally despatched within 24 working hours of an order being received,
but please allow 14 days for delivery. On receiving parcels from a carrier,
please write “not checked” next to your signature, and report any damage as soon as possible.

Any shortage or damage must be reported within 48 hours of parcels being received (excluding Sunday & bank holidays).

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
