Two rigid plastic plates slide together and click into place. Press the tab to release and slide the inner plate out.
Either mount the bracket between your TV wall mounting bracket and your TV, or use as a wall bracket on its own.

First plate fixes to your LCD TV
Second plate fixes to your wall mount bracket
Two plates simply slide together and 'Click'
To remove TV press tab and slide out.
