A "DigiBox" is normally installed in a fixed household situation with the requirement of being connected to a fixed telephone line. However you can purchase one outright without being committed to connecting the telephone line and use it in a portable environment.
The Thomson DigiBox is powered directly from 230 Volts AC but can be successfully used with a small power inverter working from 12 Volts DC.
It has two RF out sockets and two Scart sockets. Supplied with standard remote control.
